Avery Larned
Join us in welcoming Avery Larned, Lincoln Street's new Executive Director.

Avery, a long time mid-coast Maine resident, brings with her a wide range of professional and personal experiencs from not-for-profit management , experiential education and running her own business to farming and driving a US mail boat amongst the Islands in Penobscot Bay.
We are excited for her energy and feel very fortunate that we found someone who is as comfortable troubleshooting the mechanics of an antique boiler heating system, as she is writing a grant.
.
We're looking ahead to an exciting new phase of Lincoln Street's history.

The Lincoln Street Center provides the arts for everyone. We offer affordable classes, wide-ranging exhibitions, studio space to working artists and special art-related events and performances.

Lincoln Street is a supportive environment where people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can study, create, and present all forms of art. Through educational programs, opportunity outreach and exhibitions, Lincoln Street Center brings people together and enhances community life.

Our Mission: Lincoln Street Center offers all members of the community opportunities to enrich their lives through learning and creativity
