Studio #21 Beautiful artists studio, corner room top floor, hardwood floor, large windows, 690 square foot, $550/mo. Available Now.

Studio #25 (685 sq. ft.) top floor, freshly painted, new windows, Available February 1st, 2012.

Studio #17A Half-Studio, 345 Square feet, large windows, hardwood floor, Main floor level, $275. Available now.

Lincoln Street Center also has several spaces for rent
on hourly and daily basis for meetings and special events
or educational activities. Call for a viewing appointment.

Alumni Heritage Center Meeting space with large table (12 feet,) history of Rockland High School memorabilia
$16.50 per hour

Gallery
$20.00 per hour.
$75 per individual special event.
$275 for two week exhibitions,
$550 per month,
Gallery use is included with Theater Rental for receptions.

Gymnasium available for large functions of up to 300,
$16.50 per hour
$275 per event (handicapped accessible.) Available for fitness classes, indoor sports tinme, exhibitions or functions.

Lincoln Street Community Theater 275 seat auditorium, stage lighting, and projection screen.
$275 per show, (additional rehearsal time $16.50 per hour)

Community Clay Studio memberships are available for $330/year; equipped with 4 Electric Wheels, Slab Roller, Tools, Kilns and Glazes. @5lbs of #60 Stoneware clay and monthly firings included. Community open studio Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday $10.00 drop in fee per session. See Calendar for times.

Yoga Studio $12 per hour, for instructors or groups, as available.
